Team Fee $150.00 ($200.00 postmarked after February 26, 2011)

Referees’ fees: $10.00 per person on roster (minimum $120.00 per team)
Admission: $10.00 for all fans; $7.00 for Senior Citizen (60+); $5.00 for 5-18
Prizes based on 8 Men Teams
1st ~ $600.00 2nd ~ $400.00 3RD ~ 200.00
Women teams are welcome
