2012 NEAAD Softball Tournament update

NEAAD is proud to announce that 62nd Annual Men's and 35th Annual Women's New England Softball Tournament will take place on Saturday July 21st and 22nd at Ruel Field which is on 27 Locust St in Oxford, MA. The tournament is hosted by New England Evolutions and Worcester Deaf Club.

MEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP GAME: BRIDGEPORT 114 - NEW ENGLAND OUTLAW REBELS 78 (FINAL)

 Bridgeport with Justin Brooks triple double (14 points, 18 assists and 10 rebounds), Clement Lovelace's 31 points and Tony Berrigan's 24 points led Bridgeport to their 12th NEAAD champion in row with 114-78 win over New England Outlaw Rebels. NE Outlaw Rebels leading scorer was Alex DeJesus with 24 points.

Men's Championship Game: Bridgeport 51 - NE Outlaw Rebels 27 (Halftime)

Justin Brooks led Bridgeport with 10 points and 12 assists at halftime while Terrell Levine leads with 10 points for NE Outlaw Rebels.

WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP GAME: PROVIDENCE HOPE 88 - WORCESTER LADY ATOMIC 42 (FINAL)

Providence Hope led by Abby DeMario's 25 points and Jennifer Decair's 24 points helped Providence Hope win NEAAD Women's Basketball champion. Worcester's high scorer was Nicole Garrison with 14 points.

Women's Championship Game: Providence Hopt 42 - Worcester 17 (Halftime)

 

MEN'S 3RD PLACE GAME: VERMONT A 84 - VERMONT B 52 (FINAL)

Vermont A with 4 players in double figures cruised to 84-52 win over Vermont B to capture 3rd place. Vermont B led by Javonny Lopez's 18 points.

Game 5 (Men's 3rd Place Game): Vermont A 37 - Vermont B 20 (Halftime)

 

Game 4 (Men's): Bridgeport 104 - Vermont B 53

Bridgeport led by Sean Sullivan's 24 points and Clement Lovelace's 21 points gave Bridgeport 104-53 win over Vermont B. Bridgeport will play against New England Outlaw Rebels in championship game tomorrow afternoon while Vermont B led by Jovanny Lopez's 22 points will play against Vermont A in third place game tomorrow morning.
